Article 2: What data is processed by Château Montrose and SCDM DOMAINES?

– Château Montrose may disclose your personal data to affiliated companies within the SCDM Domaines group in order to offer you content and communications tailored to your expectations and to understand your preferences and purchase history relating to our products.

– Château Montrose may disclose your personal data to third parties acting on its behalf, solely for the purposes of operating the Site, in particular to our service providers or subcontractors responsible for hosting, maintenance, and administration of the Site.

Your personal data will be disclosed in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (No. 2016/679) and within the framework of contracts ensuring compliance with this Policy.

Furthermore, we may be required to disclose your personal data in accordance with applicable laws or regulations, a court decision, or if such disclosure is necessary as part of an investigation or legal proceedings.

Château Montrose does not transfer your personal data to any country outside the European Union.
