Château Montrose is a nectar of remarkable energy. It carries within it the age-old heritage of the vine, capturing the essence of the variegated soils of Terrace 4, the original place, the very epicenter of the vineyard.

This great wine is sanctified by the terroir once covered in heather, from which it takes its name, the very core where the first vines were planted in 1815.
